Kazakhstani government approved a resolution according to which the guarantee fee for participation in the auction will amount to 15% of the privatization object’s initial price.
After the publication of a bidding notice on the state property registry portal, the seller is obliged to notify their audience through an available Internet resource or social networks.
In addition, from now on, all actions with the guarantee fee are carried out by a unified trading operator through the user’s electronic wallet. At the same time, the guarantee fees received into the transit account are not officially considered owned assets, as a result of which the unified operator is not authorized to use them.
